We are a network of friends providing transitional housing through backyard tiny homes or in-home apartments (e.g., basement, above garage).
Based in Asheville, NC. and growing throughout Western North Carolina. New locations and regions will also be added in 2024.

Hospitality Houses are designed to help single mothers and small families build a stronger foundation for housing and financial security.

Monthly rent is $300/month. All rent plus interest is returned to the resident upon leaving the program. Residents can also apply for an Individual Development Account (IDA), which will match the monthly rent payment.
